Privacy policy

We process the minimum personal data needed to run the service: account email, display name, billing records, and operational logs.

1 · What we store

Account identifiers and hashed credentials; organization and billing records (legal retention); usage meters; your uploaded or generated images and annotations (your content, stored encrypted at rest). Inference request logs are sampled and expire automatically.

2 · What we never do

We never sell personal data, never use your private content to train shared models, and never expose client images, annotations or weights to operators — the operations console is aggregate-only and audit-logged.

3 · Your rights

Access, rectification, export and erasure: use Settings ("Delete account") for self-serve erasure, or contact the operator. Erasure anonymizes PII; statutory bookkeeping records are retained and isolated.

4 · Cookies & tokens

Session tokens are short-lived JWTs; you can revoke all sessions at any time. No advertising or tracking cookies.
